La Sábila is a community project that forms Holistic Therapy Center and Holistic Shop based in Manglaralto, Ecuador. We offer individual holistic retreats, psychotherapy sessions online and in person, psychedelic-assisted therapy, personal development workshops, ancestral medicine ceremonies. The shop sells all kinds of high quality, local products that support your health and well-being. We speak Spanish, English, German and Polish. The project was started by a Polish psychologist Monika Jaślarz in 2019.

Our Mission

Our main mission is to help people feel healthy, happy and connected. We also aim to educate about holistic and conscious ways of living as well as resposible way of doing any holistic therapies, including psychedelic-assisted therapy.

Our Vision

In 5 years from now La Sábila is a physical Community Therapy Center in Manglaralto, which involves various therapy and ritual spaces: community kitchen, temazcal, salt water pool, art gallery, organic garden, maloka and much more. We are a team of at lwast 10 therapist who guide clients into their personal development and healing journeys. Clients from all around the world come to join the community and heal through this relationship. We feel blessed to live in such a beautiful place and to be able to recieve people and even help them in our holistic home.

Monika Anna Jaślarz

Psychologist, Psychedelic-assisted Therapist

Monika is a holistic therapist, a psychologist, trained CBT counselor, certified psychedelic-assisted therapist (Integrative Psychiatry Institute) and MAPS-certified MDMA-assisted therapist who focuses on the art of preparation and integration of healing practices.

She also has the immense blessing of receiving her knowledge from elders of the tribes of both Americas, as well as through her own vision quest on the ecuatorian mountains. She is walking the red road of the heart, and belongs to the Family of Fuego Sagrado de Itzachilatlan run by Taita Aurelio Diaz from Mexico. She does her vision quests on the sacred mountains of Ecuador: Zhuracpamba and Cemphualli, under the auspicies of Taita Alejandro Valdiviezo and Taita Luis Portaluppi.

Her work focuses on individual retreats which she organizes for her patients in Ecuador as well as psychedelic integration support to people and groups all over the world. The therapy she offers understands that humans are multidimensional beings and so the healing modalities need to involve the body, the mind and the soul. She is a very proud co-founder of the Polish Association for Psychedelic Integration, supporting the team with her experience and knowledge from the Pacific Coast of South America. She specializes in integrative psychotherapy, mixing all the tools avialable, following the clients needs that bring him closer to acceptance and love.
